Samantha Pines was my salesperson and it was the most positive and relaxing sales experience I have ever had in any circumstance. The day before I came in I put a down payment on a Toyota Tacoma but had second thoughts. The salesperson was extremely pushy and kept selling me on a lease, even though I asked for finance deals to buy. When I woke up, I saw Chevrolet was running a 0% APR for 60 months promotion and Vernon Chevrolet had a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado available. My wife, children, and I came in and Samantha let us test drive the truck. There was no attempt in selling me on another vehicle nor any attempt to convince me to lease. The children were so thrilled playing in the play room and Samantha even offered them lollipops which they loved. Samantha listened to my wife and I about our wants and made sure to go above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. There was absolutely zero pressure. Right when we got back from our test drive, we applied for the 0% apr and got approved and started the process to buy the truck. Samantha offered to take pictures of my family and I with the truck, kept in contact with us throughout the weekend giving us updates regarding the status of getting the truck ready. When we came in Tuesday the 7th to pick up the truck, it was perfect! Samantha took pictures at my wife’s request of the family while we were sitting in the truck and setting up the OnStar. She was able to get us Gap Coverage and a warranty on the electronics of the truck for 1/2 off. We are so happy of this whole process and it’s all thanks to Samantha. She’s deserving of a raise, a bonus, a promotion and any other reward. She is the perfect salesperson. She put us first and made sure we left happy. She even followed up a couple days after to make sure there were no issues. All around it was a perfect experience.

First and last time for me. The 2023 used suburban goes up and down like a roller coaster. Google said if it has over 80k miles the heavy SUV likely needs shocks or sensors. I just bought a RAV4 XSE at Vernon Chevrolet. I absolutely love it. I was very stressed out coming into the dealership although Andrue the sales associate was a very calming presence. Andrue was very professional and knowledgable. No pressure at all and stayed in touch with me until the sale was finalized. Fair price. I would highly suggest buying your next vehicle at this establishment.

Problems with service , had to go three times after oil changes to fix oil leaks , drive a 50 mile round trip each time . Blame it on oil filter defects. Ruin my driveway with oil spots . All you get is we apologize for the inconvenience. New 2025 Silverado with 10.000 miles.

A day After a horrible experience at another Chevy dealer in Ct, I was driving by Vernon Chevrolet and thought I’d see what their Equinox EV inventory was and what offers were available. I met Alex Weekes at the door on my way in and started what I will say was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve had in over 40 years of buying new cars. Alex and the rest of the Vernon team were so professional, low pressure, and very informative when discussing the various options available and associated costs. More importantly, they shared ALL available discounts, bonuses and rebates without the usual back and forth “negotiation” games. Everything was right out in the open in addition to finding some smaller discounts that I wasn’t aware of. In addition, no pressure for add-ons. In the end, I got more than I expected for less and it included personal support from Alex in setting up my car and becoming familiar with my first all EV. I was so impressed that I shared my experience with my son who was coming to the end of his 3 yr lease on a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and now has a new Equinox EV as well! Thank you Alex Weekes.

Geoffrey was a great associate, very informative and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at to help me compare and decide. I particularly appreciated that when I first went in to look at cars a month or two ago, as I was unsure what I was going to purchase, there was not high pressure to make a decision on the spot and also no hounding via text, email, and phone calls for weeks after my visit like most of the other dealerships I went to. I decided at that time that he was the one I would purchase a new car from in large part because he gave me the respect and space to decide for myself without the high-pressure sale. I was still under a lease with my previous car, and he also guided me on how to end the lease early and the dealership assisted me with that process, as well.
